Beruf: Academic Advisor, Advising Technology Specialist, Doctoral Student
Lehrerfahrung: I have more than 7 years of experience tutoring TOEFL/ESL students, and I have also served as a teaching assistant in ESL classrooms ranging in age from elementary school through university graduate students and working professionals. I have tutored students both in one-on-one and in small group settings. I have experience working with individuals who have been seeking to improve their written and spoken English for personal and professional development, as well as those who are preparing for TOEFL/TOEIC examinations. I have worked with students from a variety of different language backgrounds, and I am comfortable and confident working with diverse learners, tailoring my teaching techniques to best meet the needs of the student.
Interessen: I enjoy traveling, reading and being outdoors. I love sports and have played volleyball, softball, and soccer since I was around 7 years old. I love meeting new people and working with students while also learning about new cultures.
Ausbildung: I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Michigan State University, and a Master of Science degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Arkansas Tech University. I am currently pursuing a Doctor of Education Degree at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
Additionally, I do hold TEFL certification.
